Ardgour & Kingairloch
Abernethy School of Adventure Leadership is based at the Abernethy Centre, Ardgour, located in a breathtaking 3000 acre estate on the shores of Loch Linnhe.  The School is committed to the Abernethy vision of providing quality outdoor adventure programmes and training courses within a challenging Christian environment.  It offers a range of courses for those seeking to develop their adventure activity skills, either just for fun or for becoming outdoor instructors.
The Buildings
Ardgour church is a parliamentary church built in the early 19th century, with significant recent extensions including the porch, kitchen and meeting room.

Kingairloch church was built in 1857.  It gained an apse and stained glass windows in 1906, and must enjoy one of the most idyllic - and remote! - locations of any mainland Scottish church.  There are more details on the stained glass on this page.

Services at Treslaig take place in the village hall.

Church Activities
Links with the Abernethy School of Adventure Leadership are particularly strong, including the monthly Sunday club and assemblies at the local primary school, all led by staff members from the centre, as well as a Christian youth club and a teenage bible and discussion group.
